The units for this program focus on how business theory applies in the modern and contemporary workplace. The program of units aims to offer you the best opportunities for progression, both academically and professionally.
One Year Top – Up. Program delivery depends on preference of the majority of the students therefore it could be Weekdays or Weekends.
Students who successfully complete the BA (Hons) Human Resource Management could proceed to the one-year postgraduate program, MSc in Project Management by Keele University – UK, conducted by SLIIT Computing or you could decide that you wish to continue your studies in HRM by progressing to the MSc Human Resource Management or other business related degrees.
You will be equipped for starting a career as an HR professional with all the knowledge and experience to hit the ground running in an HR practitioner role within a variety of organizational contexts. Equally, your skills would enable you to excel in a range of more generalist people management roles.
